Use
Test Method
Please follow these steps to test the food saver bag:
- Securely attach the food saver bag onto the fixture.
- Apply pressure to the food saver bag until it reaches the desired pressure level.
- Disconnect the air source to seal off the bag.
- Verify the pressure level, and if it drops, it indicates a leak in the food saver bag.
- There are three standard testing methods available: a, b, and c.
Test Method a (Burst Test):
- Position the package in the apparatus and gradually increase the internal pressure until it fails.
Test Method b1 (Creep Test):
- Position the package in the testing apparatus, apply pressure internally to the specified level, and maintain that pressure for a designated period.
Test Method b2 (Creep to Failure):
- Similar to test method b, but in this case, the pressure is sustained until the package fails
