After injecting carbonated water with a nominal capacity of 4.2±0.1 volume of carbon dioxide into the bottle, seal the carbonated cap with a capping machine at a fixed torque that meets the capping requirements, and test according to the following requirements to observe whether the cap is flying off and whether the seal is leaking liquid.
Turn on torque performance
se a capping machine to seal the cap according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, place it at room temperature for 24 hours, and test the torque with a torque meter with an accuracy greater than 0.1N·m.
Triecienizturības tests
After injecting the nominal volume of water into the bottle, use a capping machine to seal the non-carbonated cap according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, place it at 4°C±1°C for 24 hours, divide the samples into 4 groups, and test them in the steel ball impact tester (steel ball φ41mm, 286g, smooth surface), the steel ball is 762mm higher than the bottle cap and falls freely on the bottle cap: vertically falls on the center of the top; vertically falls on the edge of the top; forms 45° with the edge of the bottle cap corner; perpendicular to the side wall of the bottle cap. Observe whether the cap is cracked, damaged, or if the cap falls off.
After filling the bottle with carbonated water with a nominal volume of Chinese 4.2±0.1 volume of carbon dioxide, use a capping machine to seal the carbonated cap according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and place it at room temperature for 24 hours. The test was carried out on the impact tester (steel ball φ41mm, 286g, smooth surface), the steel ball was 762mm higher than the bottle cap and fell freely on the part of the bottle cap: vertically falling on the center of the top; vertically falling on the edge of the top; vertically falling on the edge of the bottle cap At a 45° angle; it falls vertically on the side wall of the bottle cap. Observe whether the cap is cracked, damaged, or if the cap falls off.
Anti-theft ring physical test
Use the capping machine to seal the cap according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and observe whether the connecting bridge of the anti-theft ring of the bottle cap is broken. Place it at room temperature for 24 hours, test the opening torque and breaking torque with a torque meter with an accuracy greater than 0.1N·m, re-seal the cover, and observe whether the anti-theft ring connecting bridge is obviously damaged.
Vertical load performance test
1. Vertical pressure loading of empty bottles (carbonated beverage bottles):
Apply vertical pressure to the vial at a constant speed of 100mm/min, and record the maximum load within the range of 5% deformation of the vial height, accurate to 1N.
2. Vertical load after filling (non-carbonated beverage bottle):
Apply vertical pressure to the sample bottle at a constant speed of 50mm/min, record the maximum load within the range of 5% deformation of the bottle height, accurate to 1N.
