Apr\u00e8s avoir laiss\u00e9 reposer le film et le sac pendant 24 heures dans un environnement standard, un \u00e9chantillon rectangulaire de 200 mm x 280 mm est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 dans le film ou le sac. Fixer le sens de la largeur de l'\u00e9chantillon sur le dispositif de fixation et commencer \u00e0 tourner et \u00e0 p\u00e9trir \u00e0 une vitesse constante. Les conditions de p\u00e9trissage sont les suivantes :<\/p><ol><li>Fr\u00e9quence de p\u00e9trissage : 45 fois\/min ;<\/li><li>Angle de p\u00e9trissage : 440\u00b0 ;<\/li><li>Course du mouvement lin\u00e9aire : 155 mm ;<\/li><li>Temps de p\u00e9trissage : 20 fois.<\/li><\/ol><p>Une fois le malaxage termin\u00e9, \u00e9taler l'\u00e9chantillon horizontalement. Le taux de transmission de l'oxyg\u00e8ne doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du GB\/T 1038 ou du GB\/T 19789, et le taux de transmission de la vapeur d'eau doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode A du GB\/T 1037-1998 ou aux dispositions du GB\/T 26253.<\/p><p>M\u00e9thode exp\u00e9rimentale<\/p><p>Pr\u00e9paration de l'\u00e9chantillon : l'\u00e9chantillon est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en une feuille de 200mm\u00d7280mm. La dimension de 200 mm correspond \u00e0 la direction exp\u00e9rimentale, qui est \u00e9galement la direction de l'axe du testeur de frottement.
