Separatoren er elektrisk isolerende for at forhindre kortslutninger; samtidig har den ionledningsevne for at sikre batteriets elektrokemiske ydeevne. Separatoren har en betydelig indflydelse p\u00e5 batteriets kapacitet, cyklusydelse, opladnings- og afladningshastighed osv.; den har is\u00e6r stor betydning for batteriets sikkerhed. Derfor p\u00e5virker kvaliteten af batteriseparatoren direkte batteriets samlede ydeevne. Vi kan anvende en r\u00e6kke m\u00e5lbare fysiske og kemiske indikatorer samt elektrokemiske indikatorer til at vurdere indvirkningen p\u00e5 batteriets ydeevne.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>I 2018 tog Det Nationale Tekniske Standardiseringsudvalg for Alkaliske Batterier og Den Kinesiske Forening for Kemisk og Fysisk Energiproduktion initiativ til at samle relevante virksomheder med henblik p\u00e5 at udarbejde den nationale standard \u201cPolyolefin-separator til lithium-ion-batterier\u201d (standardnummer: GB\/T36363-2018), som vil blive offentliggjort i 2019. Den tr\u00e6der i kraft den 1. januar.<\/p><p>M\u00e6rkningen fastl\u00e6gger krav, pr\u00f8vningsmetoder, inspektionsregler og andre oplysninger vedr\u00f8rende polyolefin-separatorer til lithium-ion-batterier. Lad dem vende tilbage til stuetemperatur efter opvarmningen.
